We are pleased to inform our members that Accommodation Charges of Members' Home at Mumbai which is located at OM RESIDENCY COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED, Flat No. B-603, 6th floor (Opp to Bhaiwada Court„ Behind Tata Hospital), Jerabai Wadia Road, Parel (East), Mumbai — 400 012 have been revised with effect from 05th December 2019.

 

No. of Rooms:

One room with attached bath and other room with common bath. One small kitchen along with common space for sitting and dinning.

Accommodation:

Room with attached bath: Two Adults & One Child * Room with common bath: Two Adults & Two Children. * or Three Adults.

1) Members are allowed to book Holiday Home 90 (Ninety) days in advance excluding date of commencement of booking.

2) Nominal / Guest members are allowed to book Holiday Home 30 (Thirty) days in advance excluding the date of commencement of booking.

3) All the Members should carry with them Members' ID Card to be issued by the Society and Voter ID Card along with Allotment letter for verification.
4) Booking will be done from Co-operative Society's office at SAIL House, 50, J L Nehru Road, 3rd floor, Kolkata — 700 071.

5) No. of heads as specified in the allotment letter / application form issued by the authority should be strictly followed, otherwise the booking of the room may be cancelled by the caretaker for which no compensation will be paid by the society.

6) Any member, causing any damage of our property or defamation of our society, reported by caretaker / building authority, will not be allowed for further booking in future.

7) Tea and snacks viz. Toast, Egg etc. will be available from the kitchen against spot payment as per rate to be fixed by the Society from time to time.

Checkout Time:

12 NOON Maintenance and service charges payable by members per day are as follows

Booking:

Member & Ex-Member	Can book 125 Days ahead (excluding the date of commencement of booking),
Nominal Member OR Guest	Can book 90 Days ahead (excluding the date of commencement of booking).

CHECK OUT TIME : 12 NOON

1) Extra Bed - 01 (One) additional adult shall be accommodated in the same room kept for the Member, Nominal Member of Guest of Society then an extra bed be placed @Rs.200.00 per day per adult.
2) No. of heads as specified in the allotment / application form issued by the authority, should be strictly followed. Otherwise the booking of the room mat be cancelled by caretaker / building authority for which no compensation will be paid by the society.
3) Tea, snacks viz. Toast , Egg etc. will be available from the kitchen against spot payment as per rate to be fixed by the Society time to time.

Rules Of Cancellation For Member's Home at Mumbai

01. Before 60 days from the date of accommodation — Refund of 80% of accommodation charges in full.

02. Before 59 days to 30 days from the date of accommodation — Refund of 60% of accommodation charges in full.

03. Before 29 days to 8 days from the date of accommodation — Refund of 40% of accommodation charges in full.

04. Within 7 days to the date of accommodation — Refund of 20% of accommodation charges in full.

However, in case of Re-booking of the concerned accommodation, 80% of accommodation charges will be refunded. Payment will, however, be effected to the allottee only after the Re-booking of the said accommodation, if any.

In case natural calamity and dislocation of transport,, refund or further allotment will be under society's discretion.
