Revised Rules & Rates of Holiday Homes
This is to inform our members and other concerned that the rates of maintenance & service charges of Holiday Homes has been revised as follows as per decision of B O D meeting held on 21/09/2019, with effect from 1st October, 2019.
Rooms
Allowable Accommodation in each room:

Other Facility:
A Children Park with Sea-Saw, Double Sing, Merry-go-round, Combination Sets etc. A well furnished kitchen with necessary utensils & LPG chargeable per Kg. basis.

Booking:

Check Out Time: 9 AM
- Charges for Driver’s Room : Rs. 200/- per day per cot.
- Conversion Charges from Non AC to AC Per day: Member – Rs. 300/-
- Conversion Charges from Non AC to AC per day for Nominal Member and Guest : Rs. 450/-.
HOLIDAY HOME ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION RULE
| Before 90 Days from the date of Accommodation | Refund of 80% of Accommodation Charges and refund of other charges in Full. |
| From 89 days – 60 days to the date of Accommodation | Refund of 60% of Accommodation Charges and refund of other charges in Full. |
| From 59 Days to 16 Days to the date of Accommodation | Refund of 40% of Accommodation Charges and refund of other charges in Full. |
| Within 15 Days to the date of Accommodation | Refund of 20% of Accommodation Charges and refund of other charges in Full. |
However, in case of Re-booking of the concerned accommodation, 80% of accommodation charges will be refunded. Payment will, however, be effected to the allotted only after the Re-booking of the said accommodation, if any.
In case of Natural Calamity and dislocation of transport Society will consider.

Any person shall be held personally liable for booking of accommodation at our Holiday Homes through online booking site. We also state our Society has not appointed/ arranged with any individual or group / agency / company to give booking of accommodation at our different Holiday Homes. If Anyone books accommodation through any such individual/group / agency / company at our Holiday Home shall be personally liable. The Society will not take any liability and responsibility of such booking.
