- Complimentary Breakfast are included in the above mentioned Room Rates.
- Only One Additional person is allowed in a room over and above the number of persons stipulated in the above table with an additional cost of Rs.600.00 per day per head (Inclusive of Complimentary Breakfast).
- Maximum 2 (Two) Nos. of Children below the age of 10 Years are allowed to be accommodated with no additional bed. Complimentary Breakfast will be provided to them.
- of Heads as specified in the allotment / application form issued by the Authority should be strictly followed. Otherwise the booking of the room may be cancelled by the Hotel Management for which no financial liability will be borne by the Society.
- All Members (Including Nominal Members) must carry Original Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License.
- All other Rules and Regulations relating to booking of accommodation and cancellation thereof shall remain unchanged.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be payable directly to Hotel Greens Gate, Chennai by the Visitor.
- Caution Money Clause will not be applicable in respect of Hotel Greens Gate, Chennai only. Any breakages / damages shall be borne by the visitor.

CANCELLATION POLICY
That the cancellation policy of booking shall be guided by the following –
- Any cancellation before 2 (Two) days from the Accommodation Booking date - Full Refund. If Cancellation is done beyond that period, NO REFUND shall be entertained.
