Regular Membership Policies

bership of the Society is open to each and every individual above the age of 18 years, having a good character, a citizen of India and a permanent employee of Central Marketing Organisation or any other Central Unit Offices of Steel Authority of India Limited working in any of its Offices in India. Membership is also open to the permanent employees of the Society.

Senior Membership Policies :
Rules & Regulations relating to continuation of Regular Membership on attaining the age of 60 years.
1) Members may continue with full amount of Share Capital, Thrift Fund and Guarantee Fund A/c. Amount payable towards MMBF shall be paid to members in full.
2) In the event of existing loan under Deferred Repayment of Loan Scheme, 90% of TF, GF A/cs and 100% of MMBF shall be adjusted. Balance, if any, shall be adjusted against Members’ Gratuity A/c and other Retiring Benefits only.
3) However, willing members may withdraw, even if there is no loan under Deferred Scheme, up to 90% of TF & GF A/c. Members resigning from the regular membership of the Society shall not be eligible for any retiring benefit, except farewell memento.

Nominal Membership Policies :
Any Indian Citizen about the age of 18 years can be admitted as a Nominal Member of the Society. Nominal members are eligable to participate in Deposit Scheme, avail locker facilities & enjoying Holiday Homes of the society. Nominal Members are also eligable to take loan against their deposits of the Society.
