We are happy to inform our Members and other concerned that our Society will open a Holiday Home at Guwahati in arrangement with M/s. SIROY LILY HOTEL, having its registered address at G S Road East Manipuri Basti, Solapara Road, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati 781 008, Assam with effect from 01st October 2019.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME: 12 NOON
- All the above rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast
- Only One Additional person is allowed in a room over and above the number of persons stipulated in the above table with an additional cost of Rs.200.00 per day per head.
- Maximum 02 (Two) Nos. of Children are allowed below the age of 12 Years to be accommodated in Standard AC and Deluxe AC Rooms.
- In case of Executive Rooms and Suite, total number of persons to be accommodated must not exceed 04 (Four) including Children.
- No. of Heads as specified in the allotment / application form issued by the Authority should be strictly followed. Otherwise the booking of the room may be cancelled by the Caretaker / Building Authority for which NO COMPENSATION will be paid by the Authority.
- All Members (Including Nominal Members) must carry Original Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License.
- All other Rules and Regulations relating to booking of accommodation and cancellation thereof shall remain unchanged.
- Caution Money Clause will not be applicable in respect of Guwahati Holiday Home only.
CANCELLALTION POLICY
That the cancellation policy of booking shall be guided by the following –
• Any cancellation before 48 hours of check-in – Full Refund
• Any cancellation within 48 hours but before 24 hours of check-in – 50% of booking amount will be forfeited.
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of check-in – 100% of booking amount will be forfeited.

This is to inform all concerned that Steel Authority of India Employees’ Co – Operative Credit Society Ltd has no online system of booking of accommodation in any of its Holiday Home. We have no arrangement with any booking site of Holiday Homes / Hotels for booking of accommodation at our Holiday Homes across India. Any person shall be held personally liable for booking of accommodation at our Holiday Homes through online booking site. We also state our Society has not appointed/ arranged with any individual or group / agency / company to give booking of accommodation at our diffrent Holiday Homes.If Anyone books accommodation through any such individual/group / agency / company at our Holiday Home shall be personally liable. The Society will not take any liability and responsibility of such booking.
