Submission of documents – Loan Application, for the purpose of construction/purchase/repairing/renovation of house or flat, must accompany with a certified photocopy of any one of the following documents :

| Construction of House | Certified copy of the Sanctioned Building Plan.; |
| Purchase of Ready-Built House/Flat | Certified copy of the Agreement Allotment Letter of the Flat. |
| AdditionalConstruction/Repairing/Renovation of existing House | Any one of the following documents:- |
| i) Certified copy of the sanctioned Building Plan. ii) Current Tax Receipt/Mutation Certificate of the Building. iii) Certificate issued by the Gram Panchayet. iv) Copy of the House Building Loan Sanctioned Letter issued by SAIL. |
