We are happy to inform our Members and other concerned that our Society will open a Holiday Home at Panchghani in arrangement with “The ANAND SAGAR VISHRAM GRUHA” situated at Dandeghar, Post Panchgani, Taluka Mahabaleshwar, Dist. Satara, Maharashtrawith effect from from25thJune 2016. .
Accommodation:
2(Two) Adults and 1 (One) Child (below the age of 12 Years) per room

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME: 12 NOON
1) Extra Bed –02 (Two) additional adults shall be accommodated in the same room kept for the member, nominal member of Society then an extra bed be placed @ Rs.200.00 per day per adult with provisions of Towels, soaps and napkins and pillows and bed sheets and bed covers, if required.
2) If any of the Member and/or Nominal Member of Society requires any additional room (ie. more than one room), the VishramGruha shall allot the room/s at the @Rs.1000/- (Monday to Friday)&Rs.1500/- (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) on the spot.
3) All Members (Including Nominal Members) must carry Original Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License.
4) Every Member and/or Nominal Member of Society at the time of Arrival has to pay Rs.500/- as a refundable security Deposit on the counter of the Vishram Gruha and he is bound to follow the rules and regulations of the Vishram Gruha.
5) Every Member and/or Nominal Member of Society must check the allotted Room before taking possession, whether every item in the room (such as Pillows, Bed Sheets/Cover, Towels, Water Glasses, Window panes, Bathroom fittings, lights and other electrical apparatus etc.), is in order. If any defect or discrepancy is found that must be brought to the notice of VishramGruha authority immediately.
6) If any damage is done or any loss incurred for the reserve room or elsewhere in the guest house premises by the society’s Member and/or Nominal Member, then the cost of damages shall be recovered from the society’s Member and/or Nominal Member on the spot.
7) All other Rules and Regulations relating to booking of accommodation and cancellation thereof shall remain unchanged.
